Following the success of our previous hotel project, the Ramada Resort, Akbuk (formally Harmony Bay), I have the pleasure of providing you details of the Unity Bay Resort, our newest and most exciting hotel project to date, located in the established holiday region of Akbuk, Turkey.

 

Unity Bay will comprise of a comprehensive range of luxury hotel suites and extensive leisure and recreation facilities thoughtfully designed for the tourism market. Investment entry begins from £8,916 for fractional ownership and whole ownership from £107,000.

 

Investors will benefit from a 4% interest payment paid per annum during the period of construction, followed by a fully managed rental program providing sustained returns for many years to come.

   As well as the great opportunities in Turkey in general, there are a number of                     reasons to feel excited about the future of Akbuk itself:

 

  • Akbuk’s nearest airport in Bodrum saw its new £100m international terminal opened in May 2012 hosting 66 new check-in desks, opening the airport to 40 different international destinations and doubling the passenger capacity of the airport from 2.5 million to 5 million visitors, demonstrating the significant tourism demand in the area 

  • New £55m marina opened nearby in 2010 attracting affluent clientele to the area 

  • Major upgrades to the 3 beaches - in total 112,000 sq metres of beach front upgrades
